All Sales are final. No refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or any packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Each order that is placed will be provided with a USPS Tracking number when order is fulfilled.

For questions about your package, email us at info.curlcode@gmail.com with your inquiry. We will respond to you as soon as we are able M-F 10am-6pm EST.

We will only exchange an item if it arrives damaged. Pease email us with photos of damages at info.curlcode@gmail.com with subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX and we will help you exchange the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and order item for our reference.

We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit so please be sure to send your item using a method that provides a tracking number. The original shipping costs are not refundable.
